nope kinda dead but you can use it still ;)
just install custopacktools (custopack.com) and then create new skin and add wmploc.dll to the dll section, custopack tools does the conversion magic :D

Lol it's ok! Actually I got it to work on 64bit by just getting free resource hack [link]
I just edited the version number and could plop the file into the folder and made it work :3
Now my media player fits in with my gray theme :D
